FX Cartel offers different refund terms depending on your subscription plan. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Lifetime VIP - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Our Lifetime VIP plan (£499.99 one-time) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the VIP experience within the first 30 days, contact our support team for a full refund.
- Request must be made within 30 days of purchase
- Contact support@fxcartel.com with your order details
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
Monthly & Annual Subscriptions
Monthly (£49.99/mo) and Annual (£299.99/yr) subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard. However:
- Current billing period is non-refundable
- You retain full access until the end of your billing period
- No partial refunds for unused time
- You can resubscribe at any time
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm your cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Plan Upgrades
You can upgrade from Monthly to Annual, or from any plan to Lifetime VIP at any time. When upgrading, you only pay the difference. Contact our support team to process your upgrade.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly will result in immediate termination of your account and access to all products. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and delivery confirmations.
